Josh Orr is passionate about retail and has been working with retailers for 10 years to help brick and mortar retailers grow. Though his primary business is running an eCommerce design/growth agency, he helps with coaching independent retailers of all sizes. When not helping retailers grow, he's spending time with his family (3 amazing kids + awesome wife) and/or watching Spurs basketball.

Meet Tara

Tara has owned Ruthie Grace for 13 years, opening the doors in early 2011. While her passion is styling and creating outfits, through Ruthie Grace she found her secret love: entrepreneurship. Tara has a heart for people who own their own business and she loves to share what she knows. She is a wife to Jordan and a mom of three boys, Kruz, Dash, and Stark.

Is this class right for me?

If you are wanting to grow your retail business, your social media following, and increase sales then YES! If you're willing to put in the work needed to see that success happen, YES! If this is a "hobby" and not something you're serious about growing, it probably won't be helpful.

Is this in person?

No, this is a virtual class via Zoom.

I haven't opened my store yet, can I attend?

Yes, we'd love to have you. You'll start with the right foundation and create a launch plan to avoid the mistakes that most make as they grow. That said, we do speak to situations primarily geared to businesses that have already launched.

I don't have an actual "retail" business, does this fit?

This course is geared towards independent retailers. Some of the principles we teach will certainly help you grow but it may not directly connect.

Do I have to have a website and/or brick-and-mortar store?

These principles apply to both brick and mortar and online retail businesses. However, a lot of what we'll go through relates to online strategy, particularly around social media so you should either have social media channels set up or plan to during the class.

I can't make each morning, is there a different option?

Bummer! We send out recordings of each session within a few hours so you can still get access to our content however we don't have other class times available right now.

Should I actually do this?

If you are ready to work hard, grow sales, and move forward with a clear plan, then YES!

Will you do another in-person event?

Yes! We certainly will!
